In your Experience Architect role, you will be responsible for shaping Experience led transformations across industries, operating at the intersection of creative, business, and digital technologies.

You will typically perform the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work in teams to provide essential insight and leverage on business problems through a digital lens
  • Support the project teams with quantitative and strategic analyses of businesses concerning their customer experience functions and efforts
  • Synthesize and communicate recommendations
  • Develop client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and work day-to-day with clients
  • Structure and carry out essential research and analysis
  • Liaise within Accenture team members to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals on Accenture Interactive offerings across industries
  • Contribute in developing thought leadership in areas covered by Accenture Interactive offering

Skills and Qualifications

  • 9 to 13 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, start-ups or digital players
  • Experience in defining and bringing to life digital products / digital marketing / loyalty / eCommerce / campaign management / customer experience management
  • High motivation and interest for Digital topic is a must
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team operating at the intersection of business, design and digital technologies
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen
  • Creative, yet structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Highly motivated individual who is looking to learn and grow with the company
  • International work experience is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defining and bringing to life customer experience driven transformations is a plus
  • Cross-industry experience; public sector, telecoms, retail, tourism, financial services
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
