Specialist – International Services – Administrator Jobs in Doha, Qatar 2022 Full Job Descripation

Summary:

You will be mainly responsible for managing bureaus in MEA region.

Job Type: Contract – Freelance, must be a QID holder

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily communicate with the bureaus to ensure the implementation of the services and lease contracts as agreed with the providers
  • Check bureaus needs such as equipment and services, and follow up the request till they are finalized
  • Submit all the purchase requests and purchase orders, check the service in place and issue SES accordingly in SAP
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Network divisions and directorates in Doha and Hubs to follow up the requests approvals.
  • Prepare the annual budget for the bureaus with justification, and prepare quarterly comparison between the approved budget and the actual expenses.
  • Check the invoices submitted by the bureaus before getting approval from the manger.
  • Oversee the bureaus compliance with local laws and the Network’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure each bureau has an updated info of the bureaus including and not limited to assets and staff.
  • Study and revise the bureau’s monthly funds and expenses

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related such as logistic services or Finance Experience not less than 5 years – preferably in multi cultured atmosphere
  • Must be a Resident in Qatar
