Joinery Production Manager Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
Duties and Essential Job Functions – Establish and maintain production processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 Standard. – Planning and directing production activities by determining production priorities in coordination with the Sales Department in maintaining effective operations and cost factors. – Review production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. – Monitors schedules of delivery dates in order to plan production operations, or in the event of equipment failure or operation problems. – Review the daily production target activities and assure that results should be as the plans – Manage the factory logistics and manpower deployment to sites. – Reviews production orders or schedules, to ascertain product data and specifications – To support Sales and Operation Departments in realization of production and delivery completions. – Develops plans for efficient and practicable use of materials, machines, and manpower including overtime of workers if necessary – Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control sections to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment’s. – Review operations & confer with technical / administrative staff to resolve production problems – Coordinate with customers on items that are not clearly specified in the contract. – Check inventory of stock and non-stock items in the Store to prevent over or under stocking of critical materials needed for production. – Visit customer sites whenever necessary and make sound technical decisions and deliver pro-active solutions according to customer demands.
