Storekeeper Jobs in Qatar 2022 Full Job Descripation

1. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
2. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
3. Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repair.
4. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
5. Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
6. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
7. Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
8. Preserve records and prepare related reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Two years experience as storekeeper.
3. Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.
4. Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
5. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
