Missions :
The MSSP Project Manager will support the execution of product cybersecurity elements across global programs and services include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed corporate initiatives. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports and executive presentations:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty
Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms
Expert with a high level of analytical ability where problems are typically unusual and difficult – gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data
Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
Understand global program structure, launch plan and timing, and global program ownership.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress.
Lead and/or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource additions.
Provide direction and support to project team to ensure accomplishment of agreed upon goals, objectives, and deadlines.
Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing resource availability and allocation.
Report on progress of project to all stakeholders by presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Successfully manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.

Key Requirements :
Must have significant and extensive work experience as a project manager
Familiarity with InfoSec concepts and issues
Must have experience with Risk Management Framework and understanding of federal directives and requirements related to cyber security
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable with public speaking and developing relationships across all levels of the enterprise
Budgeting and auditing experience strongly desired
Effective leadership and delegation abilities
Outstanding time management skills – should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with managing a team and dealing with personnel issues a plus
Effective leadership and delegation abilities
PMP certification a plus

Detailed Responsibilities :
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
