Lead and drive all activities of the assigned portfolio’s Asset Management function pertaining to the monitoring, management, operation and campaign of the assets owned by Barwa Real Estate to ensure the maximization of portfolio value and returns in line with Barwa’s strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, real estate or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in asset management.
- Working knowledge on ERP system is an advantage but not a must
