What you’ll be doing

To support in:

– The payables processes to ensure reconciliations are ready on time for payments processing

– Travel expenses reports preparation after receiving the approvals from the stakeholders

– Fill in all bank forms as per instructions

– Support in filling of the department’s documents

– Prepare the Travel Expense Report. Required to coordinate with different stakeholders.

– Coordinate to receive from SSC all the reconciliations for the amounts that will be due in the following period for the JVs

– Generate the Remittance Advice from Oracle

– Prepare the payment for approval

– Handle Stores’ Petty Cash Requests
