The Human Capital Directorate invites applications for the position of a Temporary People Analyst.
Your Commitment
Working with the Office of the Director, Human Capital, the successful candidate will provide highly skilled people analytics, administrative and office support to the line management. Ensure seamless flow of activities, follow-up with relevant employees, business units and ensure the effective delivery of assigned tasks. The successful candidate will collect, analyze and assess data to improve critical talent and business outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Office of the Director, Human Capital to develop data-driven insights to inform talent decisions, as required. S/he will be involved in developing, reviewing and updating job descriptions, in collaboration with necessary stakeholders; while ensuring that accuracy is maintained and timelines are met.
The successful candidate will use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, as required; and needs to be adept at using the advanced level of the Microsoft Office suite, and other applicable systems.
The successful candidate will create, compose, and edit technical and/or administrative correspondence and documentation; prepare a variety of technical, statistical, financial and narrative report, letter, memo, and other written correspondence and material.
The successful candidate will assist in the coordination, control, and completion of special projects as requested. Also, maintain physical and electronic office filing systems for Office of the Director, Human Capital and establish and maintain organized and efficient files and records for the Office; gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain records, files and database, as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, security, confidentiality, and retention of office files and ensure that the office maintains full backup of all data, compile the documents for filing and maintain and secure files to protect confidential information.
The successful candidate will utilize knowledge and understanding of underlying operational issues to assist in administrative problem solving. Whilst, perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in an educational institution.
Language:
Fluency in written and spoken English language is required
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is preferred
Other Required Skills
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Concern for Order, Accuracy and Quality, Teamwork and Collaborative Working and Time Management skills are required.
