F&B Duty Manager – Qatar

Looking for a young and dynamic F&B Duty Manager to join the team!
As the F&B Duty Manager, you will manage all aspects of the business, F&B operations and the FOH team
Experienced in managing multiple outlets and from a QSR/cafe background.
Plan and manage all F&B food orders, staffing, rostering, forecast and finance
Experience in fast paced multi-unit environment – cafés and coffee shops
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be a problem solver and the ability to react to challenges and incidents efficiently
Train and develop other employees and promote professional growth
Minimum 4 years job related experience and proven track record in management and achieving results
Internationally recognized hotel or commercial brand is preferred
Computer skills – Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
