· Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives.

· Provide consultation directly to Salesforce COE leadership and customers around solution options and vendor product selection as needed and work with Salesforce COE and business leadership to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.

· Work with key business stakeholders to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.

 Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to develop high level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and also oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.

· Lead all design/development aspects of SDLC for Salesforce projects in partnership with PMO and also head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

· Ensure proper functioning of the Products / Applications and recommend upgrades for them and escalate any issues, risks, and decisions to the COE Leader or other stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions.

· Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed and review projects or deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach and interface.


· 8+ years of total IT experience or relevant industry experience

· 5+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Financial clouds)

· Strong understanding of Agile methodology

· Ability to work with product owner, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog

· Project experience delivering Salesforce implementations and products

· Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories

· Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business

Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments

· Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams

· Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience


· Salesforce Certified

· Scrum Master Certified

· Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

· Project or Program Management experience

· Client management experience

· Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations

· Added advantage if the resource has proficiency in Arabic
