The incumbent will support the Department Head IT Infrastructure & Operations in maintaining policy, managing technical support, overseeing capacity planning and implementation of enhancements of bank-wide Network and servers, including but not limited to Windows, Linux and UNIX operating systems. The job holder will be responsible for resilience and high-availability of all hardware and operating systems related to Network and servers including international infrastructure and ensure maintenance of stable and reliable network environments by efficient usage of resources, timely resolution of operating incidents / problems, and effective implementation of system applications adhering to standard operating procedures to meet the Bank’s business and functional needs and the Department’s commitments
