Job Summary and Responsibilities
To supervise and control the Housekeeping Department, Laundry Department, Flower Arrangement Section, and control the servicing of all bedrooms, restaurants, function and public areas of the hotel to achieve goals and quality standard and to assist other departments to maintain and improve the services provided to all guests and employees. Ensure Front-of-the-House public area standards are excellent at all times. Ensure all Supervisors continually inspect assigned areas and have turned in inspections. Ensure effective and complete staff training.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 2-3 years in supervisory Housekeeping role in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment
3. Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods
4. Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
