Implementation and enforcement of the health and safety rules and processes
Maintain relationship with customers and/or Operations.
Owning and reviewing project expenditure, operations and maintenance costs and budgets.
Engages with internal and external support/delivery units to ensure seamless
delivery of services to the client.
Ensuring that any activity (e.g. incident, escalation, change of scope, patching schedule, test,
CCB, asset management, license management) is as per SOP, documented and tracked.Responsible for all systems, applications, security, network and monitoring tools configurations within the projects and live operational contracts.
Accountable for the Governance and Compliance in the capability units deploying standard
processes and procedures that meet our obligations.
Setup and maintain documentation that provides guidelines regarding maintenance tasks,
policies and procedures.
Education and Experiences :Bachelor’s or Masters degree from Western University (European Countries)
Minimum of 5-10 years’ technical experience with:
o Microsoft environment (virtualization, high availability solution) and networking,
TCP/IP PC and Microsoft Windows maintenance and troubleshooting, MS SQL
Server Administration
o Database and SQL
o LAN, WAN, wireless, and network routing
o System solution support
o Customer service & support relationship (including on-call activities)
CCNA and/or MCSE certifications are desirable
Certification is a desirable: MCTS, MCITP, MVP
MS SQL Server administrator
ITIL v3 processes/disciplines certification
PMP Certifications
A good understanding and knowledge of:
o Project management skills e.g. Prince2, APM
o Cisco/Network skills
o MS Domains / Active Directory / DHCP / GPO

Pre-sales skills (technical and commercial preparation of amendment offers, taking part in bidding for tenders)
• Project / Project team management (planning, workload schedule, team leading)
• Ability to conduct meetings (preparation, organization, minutes, action plan)
• Ability to manage one or more subcontractors, suppliers or partners, in Qatar and abroad.
• Ability to take part to technical activities and in the Duty Schedule
• Ability to organize and control the activity (allocating tasks, arbitrating and setting priorities, reporting, etc.)
• Software, hardware or system architecture & specifications
