Element has an opportunity for an Office Support to join our rapidly expanding team in Qatar

In this role,you will assist the administrator in the general office upkeep

This role will be based in Salwa Industrial area , Qatar

• Assist in the general clerical duties by scanning filing etc.
• Ensure cleanliness in office environment by dusting, cleaning, washing etc.
• Clean wash rooms and maintain a cleaning checklist
• Supply tea coffee to the office staff and maintain sanitary conditions of the equipment used
• Maintain sanitation in staff pantry
• Assist in stationery maintenance and maintain pantry stock
• Coordinate with plumbers, office maintenance team for maintenance

• High school educated
• Basic communication skills in English
• Able to lift 50+lbs periodically and climb heights when required
• Currently in Qatar on transferable visa
