Technician – HVAC Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
Job Purpose
- To perform Preventive Maintenance and attend corrective maintenance call for building HVAC system
- Daily monitoring and inspection for Package, Split, window ACs, cold chambers, skid units, plant rooms, etc.. in W / houses, offices, accommodations, substations, plant rooms, etc…
- Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions on an as need basis.
- Comply with all internal policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administrative (OSHA) rules while working.
- Must have at least 4-5-years hands-on experience in the field of HVAC maintenances.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in working with HVAC system such as Dx-Air cooled system, Package AC and Split AC
- Capable of operating above units.
- Must have sound knowledge electrical and control side related HVAC systems.
- Understand and be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Must be well verse in fault finding and corrective measure arise during operation failures.
- Must have knowledge of building firefighting and smoke detection interlock
- Able to work independently and lead team with minimal supervision
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Requirement
Graduated or diploma holder or technical certification in HVAC.
3 to 4 years of related experience.
