Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting the Team Leader and/or RMS Supervisor in the completion of the jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day transactions and operations of RMS
- To receive the query from the customers and to act upon it.
- To prepare daily transaction report
- Scoping and survey of proposed customers
- Meeting client prerequisites
- Job file preparation and submission
- Records Management system administration activities
- Preparing Inventory report
- Updating RMS application
- Onsite works execution
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a related field
