In your position as Tailor your main tasks will be:
- To perform timely repairs on all fabric items such as uniform, linen and upholstery
- To stitch new uniforms, items of linen and upholstery as per hotel specifications
- To ensure that all linen and uniforms are repaired before issuing them to the colleagues
- To measure, make or alter uniforms for new colleagues
- To repair and maintain uniforms for all hotel colleagues
- To take care of basic alterations requested by guests
- To assist the Housekeeping department with daily tasks as required
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
International experience in luxury hotel brands in the same position demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent English
