IT Analyst Jobs in Qatar 2022 Full Job Descripation

  • Delivering IT support and maintaining and installing IT software, hardware and applications, including non-standard configurations, and troubleshoot hardware and/or software problems to provide working computers.
  • Providing IT user support, training and user documentation regarding the daily use of IT solutions
  • Monitoring the performance and capacity of IT systems and applications and implement adjustments where necessary, to contribute to stable and high performing IT solutions
  • Installing and performing (preventive) maintenance (e.g. inspections and tests) to IT hardware, software, systems, and applications, carrying out trial runs and generate and implement solutions and/or corrective actions to IT problems if needed, to ensure the availability of IT solutions
  • Detecting diagnosing and resolving incidents, including documenting related administration, and perform emergency repairs and changes via troubleshooting techniques; escalating when necessary
  • Providing feedback to users and communicate progress of solutions to incidents and problems, demonstrating practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies and providing basic training to customers and other help desk technicians
  • Creating, prioritising and maintaining documentation on helpdesk tickets based on established helpdesk and departmental guidelines and procedures
  • Analysing current IT systems and applications, reporting on (recurring) incidents and root causes, and proposing and/or implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Answering or making calls to end-users to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with IT products or services

To be considered for this role, you will need some of the following qualifications and experience:

  • Diploma in IT technology. Related technical certifications preferred
