Finance Storekeeper Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
To establish the procedure on ordering, storing and issuing so that the Hotel operation runs smoothly.
- Verify all the Store room items purchased before taking them to the Stores.
- Ensures all delivered store room items are removed from the receiving bay daily.
- Ensures arrangement of all items in the assigned locations.
- Maintains all the stores records up to date.
- Ensures all store room items are available at all times by placing orders at appropriate times.
- Ensures arrangement of all items in the assigned locations.
- Maintains all the stores records up to date.
- Issues to be on -First In First Out -rotation basis.
- Check items for short expiry/slow moving items on regular basis to the Cost Controller.
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Cost Controller.
- Maintain HACCP standards at all times .
- All relevant Stores Room keys to be sealed and handed over to the Security Department after the daily closure of the Stores with proper signing in the Log
- book and obtain keys from Security Department in the opening hours of the Stores and check for any emergency issues that may had taken place during the closure and notify the Cost Controller.
