Working with HPs networking technology mainly Aruba for access switches and wireless and Aruba NAC solution Clearpass. • Establish the network environment by designing system configurations, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standard. • Do the configuration of LAN, WAN and wireless equipment. • Prepare NIP and NRFU and final project document • VMWare and security knowledge • Successfully resolve complex technical issues involving (hardware and software) for internal or external businesses. • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues, based on customer entitlement. • Proactively assist internal, or external businesses and end-users in avoiding or reducing the problem occurrence. • Act as a project lead providing on-site support to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. • Document new issue resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base. • Partners with the Project Managers to provide, SOW, HLD, LLD, and project documentation. • Partners with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time. • Participate in 24×7 Rota to provide the second level support for contracted customers. • Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. • Responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs. • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time and following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, and to update the Service Manager cases on time. • To respond within agreed time limits following customer contract and to work continuously on a task until completion by applying a hardware replacement, software confi
