AS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, AND PART OF QATAR TEAM, YOU WILL HELP MANAGE THE TEAM AND ACT AS DEPUTY STORE MANAGER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A BUSINESS DEVELOPER:
SHARE FULL P&L RESPONSIBILITY WITH STORE MANAGER; FOLLOW THE BUSINESS STRATEGIC GROWTH PLANS WITH RETAIL DIRECTOR AND IMPLEMENT ACTIONS EFFECTIVELY TO DEVELOP PROFITABLE REVENUE
MAXIMIMISE STORE PROFITABILITY BY CHALLENGING SHORT AND LONG TERM FinanciaL GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS
REGULARLY ANALYZE THE STORE’S PERFORMANCE AND IMPLEMENT THE RIGHT ACTION PLANS WHERE NEEDED
SUGGEST MONTHLY TARGETS AND DRIVE TEAM ON ACHIEVING
MONITITOR AND DRIVE PERFORMANCE AND COORDINATATE WITH MERCHENDISHING, CLIENTELING, HR, SUPPLY CHAIN, RETAIL AND OPS TEAMS TO ACHIEVE TARGETS
IMPLEMENT CLIENTELING ACTIONS AND COACH THE SALES CONSULTANTS
BE THE LINK BETWEEN THE STORE MANAGEMENT AND THE REST OF THE TEAM; PROVIDE THE RELEVANT AND REGULAR ANALYSIS AND FEEDBACKS ON YOUR TEAM AND STORE PERFORMANCE, IDENTIFING the NEEDS of THE BUSINESS TO THE STORE AND RETAIL MANAGER
DELVOP AND IDENTIFY MARKET OPPORTUNITIES TO ENSURE PRODUCT RELEVANCE TO BOTH LOCAL AND TRAVEL RETAIL AS WELL AS SUCCESSFUL SELL THROUGH
MANAGE TEAM CONTRIBUTION TO BUYING SESSION
TALENT MANAGER & SKILLS DEVELOPER:
RECRUIT, LEAD AND CO-MANAGE A TEAM OF SALES CONSULTANTS and stock controllers
Coordinate with Store Manager monthly 1-1 meetings with all sales and stock team members
REGULARLY COACH EACH MEMBER OF store TEAM ENSURING THEY OFFER excellent client experience ALIGNED WITH CELINE SELLING CEREMONY
IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP KEY BUSINESS CONTRIBUTORS WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON SUCCESSION PLANING WITH IDP PROGRAMMES;
Work and communicate with hr regularly, conducting sensitive and confidential meetings where necessary
CREATE AND MAINTAIN A POSITIVE AND MOTIVATING WORK ENVIRONMENT
DEVELOP A STRONG TEAM SPIRIT
set up recruitment and team development strategy
MANAGE AND MOTIVATE TEAM to increase sales and ensure excellent client experience
BRAND PROMOTER AND CLIENTS AMBASSADOR:
PROMOTE THE BRAND INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY IN YOUR DAILY ENVIRONMENT
Ensure brand image consistency and excellence through optimisation of store operations, team organisation and development, product offer;
review and ensure vm excellence WITH A STRONG COMMERCIAL IMPACT WHILST ALIGNED WITH BRAND GUIDELINES
HELP THE STAFF SUCCEED IN ENGAGING AND CONNECTING WITH THEIR CLIENTS TO INCREASE CLIENT LOYALTY AND RETENTION
ENSURE THAT ALL THE PROCESSES ARE COMPLIANT WITH INTERNAL POLICIES AND STORE HANDBOOK
DELIVER AND DRIVE EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE
PROCESS OWNER:
ORGANIZE AND PLAN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STORE: SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN DEFINING THE STAFF SCHEDULE
GUARANTEE STORE COMPLIANCE WITH STORE HANDBOOK AND INTERNAL CONTROL
GUARANTEE STOCK SAFETY, ACCURACY AND COMPLIANCE

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION: POST-SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION, I.E. PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES OR COURSES AFTER MANDATORY SECONDARY SCHOOL, WITHIN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES; HOSPITALITY, VM, RETAIL, FASHION, CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS.
EXPERIENCE:MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF LUXURY RETAIL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
