Title: Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Director

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferably Phillipines national.
  • 2-3 years sales experience in digital and offset printing in Qatar
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Driving license is a must

Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent selling and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Motivation for sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides clients with quotations and discuss the proposal in detail to convert the inquiry into a sales opportunity.
  • Develop sales proposals based on the needs to potential clients
  • Promote the sales of products by spotting sales opportunities, offering alternatives solutions and in order to achieve the established sales target.
  • Bringing new leads to the company and turning the potential customers into actual paying customers. Educate the customers on our services
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and techniques.
  • Calculating cost estimations and prepare quotations
  • Establishing new business and knowledge to generate new clients.
  • Maintain and update the client information in our database
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts
  • Negotiating contracts and packages. Promoting the company and the group in a positive way, with aim to upsell to walk-in clients.
  • Tracking marketing activities to stay on top of industry trends to identify good and strategic potential opportunities for company growth

Authorized to:

  • Calculate, raise, and send out Quotations.
  • Submit LPO’s, Briefs, and Job Orders to other departments.
