Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering field
Required experience
- 6-8 years experience in the Aluminium industry preferably in Casthouse
- 1-2 years Supervisory experience
Job Specific Skills
- Good understand of HSE, Quality, Productivity and Cost factors within Casthouse operation
- Good understanding of sustainability and which factors that can contribute to ensure a profitable and greener products
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of production processes
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge in SAP
- Fluency in English
