SR. CHILLER TECHNICIAN/SUPERVISOR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Min. 8 years of exp) /ITI in Refrigeration (Min 12 years of Exp) having experience in:
- Working with good command over English for coordination purpose.
- Assisting and explaining the works to subordinates.
- Repairing mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipes.
- Determining the appropriate size of a system based on the size of the building/facility and its cooling requirements.
- Opening, inspecting and troubleshooting for chillers, condensers, cooling towers, belts, valves, back-flow preventers and motors.
- Performing routine maintenance including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators.
- Monitoring the operation of chillers and cooling towers to ensure that they are operating within safe limits.
- Reading and understanding Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
- Identifying faults with Chiller controls and working with other complete HVAC systems.
- Maintaining equipment logs for assigned systems.
