Fast track context requiring pro-activity, anticipation, and efficiency to execute the project without short cuts to
the Company rules and referential
– Decision yet to be taken with regard to the final selection of the metallurgy of the new pipeline (CS or CS+CRA)
– Performance of the FEED studies and Linepipe/EPCI CFTs in parallel
– Corrosion issues has been experienced a lot on the field and leading to several pipeline replacement projects.
To that effect, several studies (root cause, corrosion rate, chemical effectiveness) are conducted by TEPQ/HQ
and are closely followed-up by QATAR ENERGY. The job holder shall address / implement potential mitigations
identified during the course of execution, including a robust QC of all steps of execution.
The work will be distributed in various places in the world with a potential engineering follow up at Contractor offices
(FEED and EPCI), Sound management of the in-country activities and close relation with Head Quarter Product Line
representatives and Technological experts will be a key factor for the success for this project.
