POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will responsible for regional assurance across Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries, drive senior stakeholders in each country and function to ensure strong control environment, ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures, perform fraud and speak up investigations and business reviews and follow ups remediation action plans.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Perform risk assessments by using Nestle tools
- Follow internal control road map to assess efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and perform related activities to ensure strong control environment across MENA
- Undertake initiatives to enhance the profile of the internal control department to ensure that the function is well-positioned within the organization,
- Conduct process and system reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and present the results to senior stakeholders and ensure the actions taken with close follow up.
- Maintain and challenge the current policies, procedures and processes of the Company and make relevant suggestions for their refinement, including ensuring their update with Group policies and best practices,
- Conduct trainings across organization to strengthen control mindset
- Conduct fraud and speak up investigations as required
ARE YOU A FIT?
- You have 7 to 10 years of experience in audit firms or in Internal Audit/Control Departments
- Experience in Big4 is strong plus.
- SAP know-how is strong plus.
- CIA, CRMA, CFE certifications are preferable.
- Very good writing, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic (Must)
- Flexible to travel: around 25%
