ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure continuous improvement to Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) data quality, in line with the organizational targets for safety, quality and compliance. Support PALM Maintenance users through identification of waste and implementation of effective recovery plans. Monitor and update plans to ensure activities are planned with all the necessary information. Help meet cost saving targets through recommendations for optimization of Maintenance and Inspection Plans in SAP.
JOB DIMENSIONS
Provide CMMS support for all Offshore and Onshore user (approximately 500 users)
ACTIVITIES
Drive an Incident Free environment / mindset within the Department and with all stakeholders
Define and implement processes for continuous improvement to CMMS data quality, in line with the organizational targets for safety, quality and compliance.
Support Maintenance optimization through improvements to Preventive Maintenance & Inspection plans in line with Industry best practices and standards.
Improve information on spares and other resources in maintenance & inspection plans with a view to improving performance.
Engage with material management team to ensure up-to-date information on blocked material in plans.
Identify and recommend opportunities for cost saving through optimization of plans.
Ensure PALM PM master data is kept updated according to offshore or TADM or external maintenance engineering request/feedback
Define and help implement effective data recovery plans.
Perform Data Validation following mass changes or uploads to PALM PM module. Perform User Acceptance Test on all changes made to PALM PM module
Manage master data change requests (Z3 Notifications) and ensure timely completion.
Support data analysis and development of KPI dashboards/ reports.
Participate in Crisis Response Training and assist during Emergency Response Situations, if required.
Support PALM Maintenance users as SAP Super User.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
Position is in an OPCO (JV) operating Oil & Gas facility with offshore / onshore (non-producing) sites, based in Doha, Qatar.
The position is part of the permanent team and is on a resident basis (5d per week)
Trips to offshore are required on an ad-hoc basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Master Data or relevant SAP experience
Knowledge of Routine / Preventive Maintenance in Oil and Gas or similar industry
Knowledge of Technical Objects within Oil and Gas or similar industry
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and related processes
Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written) and technical vocabulary
