Senior Process Engineer Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
Contribute in the design, implementation and execution of Process Engineering activities to ensure compliance with ORYX GTL standards, policies and procedures in order to improve plant performance from a Process Engineering standpoint.
- Evaluate technically the procurement of Process Engineering resources and its related activities whilst adhering to ORYX GTL policies to ensure an effective delivery of quality goods and / or services in a cost-effective manner.
- Evaluate technically the procurement process through the development of request for proposal in order to adhere to ORYX GTL needs.
- Liaise with Technical, Production, Maintenance and various Licensors to quantify plant performance in order to achieve quality design performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot of various plants non-performance in order to propose effective corrective measures through the necessary monitoring tools and root cause analysis.
- Attest and monitor contractors with regard to the design, implementation and execution of projects under purview in order to ensure alignment of the design intent with the expected quality standard engineering practices.
- Provide support evaluations to the Business Development and Operations Support (pre-feasibility), as well as, the Process Engineering (feasibility) business plans and assure they are carried out effectively to ensure proposals are based on appropriate assumptions, calculations and plant data.
- Ensure on-going reporting to superiors in order to keep them abreast and informed with regard to the Process Engineering activities status.
- Assist in the implementation of Service Level Agreements with various Departments in order to ensure an effective communication and compliance with their respective needs.
- Adhere to all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees, quality of products / services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
Experience: 5 – 7 Years of experience in a Process Engineering position in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
