PRO Consult Qatar Job Vacancy for Cost Control Engineer in Qatar

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering/3-5 years of experience in GCC region.
• Experience in preparing technical / Commercial submissions for civil engineering projects in GCC/Qatar
• Supervise the consolidation of the proposed project schedule, the cost estimate and risk analysis.
• Interface with the Client (correspondence, clarification and negotiation meetings) and with JV or Consortium partners if applicable.
• Ensure strict adherence to company’s tendering procedures on tenders he/she is in charge of.
• Maintain thorough records throughout the bidding process to ensure full traceability and ultimately efficient handover to project teams.
• Prepare internal documents for the endorsement of submissions by Senior Management, as per rules and templates.
• Take proper minutes after each review or validation meeting
• Follow-up on all actions decided in each review or validation meeting.
• Provide reporting and feedback to Tendering management.
