What you will be doing:
Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards
Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests requests are attended to in a timely manner
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service
Good communication skills with ability to speak fluent English.
Physically active and efficient.
