You will be reporting directly to the Team Leader (Customer Care) based in Dubai. Your key responsibilities include maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
The candidate must possess the following experience(s) and skills:
- At least 3 years of proven customer support experience with excellent communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Good computer skills including all Microsoft applications especially MS Excel
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Independent, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized and efficient
