Coordinator – HR Services Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
The Coordinator – HR Services plays an important role in ensuring that new employees receive a five star experience during their relocation and transition into Sidra and Qatar. He/she acts as a key HR contact point with new employees providing information, guidance and the required support to ensure a smooth arrival and/or transition for both the employee and his/her family.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinates the day-to-day activities in accordance with applicable regulations and internal processes.
Responsible for handling the HR Reception: greet visitors, maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, provide information, route inquiries to the HR related team.
Coordinates the Repatriation Process for consultants, employees and family members and coordinates the following activities: RP cancellation, NOC issuance, Ticket booking, etc.
Assists in the Deceased Patient Services and coordinates with the other government sectors.
Supports the Supervisor and HR services team member in verify the post-arrival family visa applications and advises the line manager on any changes by the Immigration Authority that can affect Sidra’s application and take immediate action.
Supports in maintaining records and submit expense report to the line manager as appropriate.
Assists in organizing with the Manager – HR services and prioritizes critical issues and required information and assists with facilitating effective decision-making.
Submits daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to the Manager – HR Services for review and further action.
Coordinates with the Recruitment Department on pre-arrival family visa requests, update on any rules and regulation changes to ensure the candidates/ new hire are advised accordingly to support the relocation efforts within the agreed timeframe.
Serves as a focal point for Sidra Medicine for information and HR Services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of same.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
2+ years in a coordinator role in HR/Relocation, Hospitality or in any other relevant support function
Certification and Licensure
Job Specific Skills and Abilities
Excellent communications skills
Proven team player
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic Languages
