Project Planning Engineer M/F and Various Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
- Be fully aware of the Project HSE requirements
- Assist and Support Project Control Manager in Project Planning and Progress reporting
- Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7 Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
- Ensure that all activities and works in the Area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of Qafco, Qafco 7 and the relevant authorities
- Follow up, monitor and control of the Project overall and detailed schedules on Site and report deviations and areas of concern to Project Management
- Coordinate the schedule follow-up and reporting from different project team members
- Follow up the overall and discipline detailed schedules on site and coordinate progress
- Support Project Team members in analyzing schedules and progress information within the respective disciplines
- Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
- Developing Project Schedules and support in planning, prioritizing
- Coordinate the review and comment on Contractor Monthly reports
- Coordinate, follow-up and control the Project cost
- Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
- Review and control invoices from Contractor and other sources for approval by Project Manager
- Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly reports and Steering Committee presentations
