Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely and accurate Contract Billing and invoicing to the client on a monthly basis, and assisting in Contract Administrative activities.
• Bookkeeping (preparation, maintenance, and reporting) of Timesheet Records of the Contract resources.
• Assisting in Project Administration duties including preparation of routine and ad-hoc Reports, gathering relevant information, drafting correspondence, etc.
• Assist the business’ HR team in the mobilization and demobilization of resources.
• Review of sub-consultant invoices.
• Address queries of the client and provide relevant and evidence-based documentation relating to the invoicing and timesheet process.
• Perform simple calculations, computer data entry.

Skills Required:
• Intermediate level of using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:
• \tDiploma qualified (minimum) in accounting, finance, or relevant field
•\tDegree qualified (preference) in accounting, finance, or relevant field
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 to 5-years proven practical work experience in roles like the proposed role set out above.
