Leasing Agent engage qualified prospects to help them understand how to secure leasing homes, list homes, rent homes, and negotiate real estate contracts. Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, you’ll work collaboratively to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.

In your first 30 days, you will:
- Complete real estate basic training requirements.

In your first 90 days, you will:
- Shadow all stages of the leasing process with our seasoned agents
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients as they set up their home search, tour home, write offers, and navigate the contract period
- Complete your first client transaction
- Build on your communications and technical knowledge through learning modules, proprietary training, and live coaching
- Complete a self-assessment to build a blueprint for career progression at The Pearl Gates
