Country Manager- Ecuador Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
Ecuador’s Country Manager is responsible for leading Visa’s in-market team and sustaining an optimal operating environment by working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as Visa’s clients, government, regulators and other players impacting Visa’s business in market.
The Country Manager has overall management responsibility for all aspects of Visa business/operations in Ecuador, which includes managing relationships with financial institution clients, acquirers, merchants, regulators, fintechs, and developing and implementing business strategies, leading business operations and leading a growing team. The Country Manager will have overall P&L accountability for Visa’s business in the country, and is expected to effectively develop and deliver the best of Visa’s solutions to our client’s and partners.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
•Proven leadership record in highly successful companies that deliver best in class innovation, product/services and execution.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry and ancillary technologies is a plus.
• International experience ideally within a complex, matrix organization.
• Experience in client-facing roles with multiple stakeholders, ideally including financial institutions, large retailers, multinationals, governments, local partners, etc.
