Job Title: Training & Development and Employees Relations Specialist

Duration: Contract

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking to hire a Training & Development and Employees Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate career development and succession plans in conjunction with respective department heads to augment employees’ career progression and capabilities to take up future leadership roles.
  • Conduct training needs analysis of Company’s staff through job analysis, performance appraisals, feedback from reporting officers and technical requirements of jobs.
  • Identify, initiate, and coordinate with internal talent/external trainers to benefit from services in consultation with the Department and Section Head.
  • Collect feedback on training programs / trainer assessments for improved and efficient service delivery.
  • Support the review and updates of company’s competency framework, ensuring accurate highlighting of behavioral and functional competencies necessary for fulfilment of roles.
  • Support the delivery of leadership and talent management programs (e.g., succession planning, recruitment of Qatari talent, development etc.) to ensure alignment with the HR strategy and overall organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Administer and manage company wellness programs such as social activities and community service activities.
  • Manage the grievances process in collaboration with the Shared Services Manager and consequent disciplinary actions if required.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and digitalised.

Note: The above responsibilities are not exhaustive; additional responsibilities can be assigned at the discretion of the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written & spoken Arabic & English
  • 2-3yrs experience in T&D and employee relations preferred.
  • Must be available locally (Doha).

 

Salary Offered 8000 – 10000 QAR monthly. (Based on experience)
