Guest Experience Manager and Various Jobs in Qatar 2023 Full Job Descripation
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain effective communication with all departments of the resort to ensure a smooth and outstanding service for all guests.
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (Royalties, Dignitaries, VIPs, etc)
Identify guest profiles before arrival and share them with the teams accordingly
Foster employee commitment to providing excellent service, participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and model desired service behaviours in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Ensure all Guest Experience Team members have a complete understanding of their role, responsibilities, and company expectations when dealing and communicating with guests
BSc/BA in Business Administration preferred or equivalent
Fluent in spoken English, preferably Arabic
Knowledge of Opera, Nuvola.
Passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Guest complaints handling, and problem solving
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region
Service-focused personality with Guest Services or Rooms related departments experience.
